Base Coat is a water borne, 100% acrylic elastomeric coating and is a component of the fully
reinforced and partially reinforced Acrylabs roof membrane. It is used to embed and adhere
Acrylabs Fabric Reinforcement. Utilizing advanced technology, Base Coat is formulated for
maximum adhesion to most existing surfaces including asphalt, metal, modified bitumen,
EPDM, concrete, brick, block, stone, stucco, wood, and most single ply membrane systems as
well as new board including plywood, OSB, EPS, fiberglass, and all cement boards.
